Rotojet spraying washing machines
Aqueous detergent washing machines able to clean a variety of difficult components such as blind hole rivets, turned parts, stampings, etc, which are contaminated with cutting oils or chips.
This machine exploits the rotation of the basket on its own horizontal axe. The rotation of the basket assists the washing solution to move over all areas of the product giving better cleaning capability, coupled with the centrifugal force on rotation of the basket and the spraying system we generate a far better searching capability, even for hidden hollows.
These washing machines are able to clean a variety of difficult components such as blind hole rivets, at hydrokinetic effect, ensuring the cleaning and drying of a basket of dirty work every 15 minutes using only water based detergents.
The size of the basket for the standard machine is mm 500x300x200 high.

plants).

Aqueous washing plant operating with detergents, this machine is particularly suitable for washing components that have a cup effect by design; the machine is capable of using either baskets or euro box style containers.
The mechanical rotation of the basket allows a continuous mixing of the parts which are continuously sprayed by high-pressured water jets to gain access to all component surfaces to ensure cleanliness.
This model can be manufactured with one, two, or three washing tanks depending upon the quality of cleaning required; in addition to this we can fit if required a hot drying section to the full range of this type of machine.
