Industrial conveyor belt washing machines
Easy to use, conveyor style machines are designed for components that
due to their shape can not be tumbled but still require to be washed
on all faces, these parts can be placed directly onto the belt.
The conveyor belt then transports the parts through the machine to all
the stages of washing and rinsing using high pressure spray jets from
all directions to the final drying, after passing through the stages
of the machine the product is then available to be picked up by the operator
or robotically moved.
The typical product range of this type of machine are, Sanitary fittings, Pots & pan manufactures, Automotive industry for gears, bearing housings, others sectors for pump manufacturing, engine blocks, in industries in general where care is required with the product cleaning process so as not to cause damage.
Caber Impianti srl produce as standard approximately 75 different models, however customer demand for different special purpose tunnel washing machines means that this number in always growing.Even the cycle of treatment is decided along with the customer. The machines can have either a single tank for interoperational continuous processes for components coming from machines tools such as, Transfer machines, lathes, cold stamping machines, rolling machines, etc, for higher cleaning quality additional tanks can be fitted for secondary cleaning and rinsing operations.
All the models you see here for Conveyor style washing machines can be equipped with accessories of different kinds, such as mineral oil separators, centrifugal condenser, neat tramp oil separators, filtering systems, steam dissipater, etc.
All of the machines in particularly the medium to large ones can be equipped with automatic loading-unloading systems controlled by user friendly PLC systems. A bar-code recognition system can be used for identification of production batches, the reading of the bar-code automatically changes all parameters for the washing and drying Cycle allowing ease of use by the operator who now only has to load the wash system and monitor production throughput.

steel.
Conveyor belt width 200 mm, clearance height through the machine of 200
mm.
A typical use for this type of machine is for the washing of aluminium die cast parts that require the removal of emulsion that are used in the mechanical working operation.
These particular machines are working at our customer’s factory in Canada.

Conveyor belt machine for washing, rinsing and drying totally constructed
out of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Conveyor belt width: 200 mm, with a clearance height through the machine
of 200 mm.
The plant is used for the continuous washing of brass electro valves that require the removal of emulsion which are used in the machining process on Transfer .
The machine shown here is at one of our customers locations in Italy.
